Qayma — Elite IT

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Qayma ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Qayma is operated by Elite IT, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" means the Qayma website, dashboard, public menu pages, and all related services
- "Owner" means a restaurant owner or authorized representative who creates and manages a restaurant on Qayma
- "Customer" means any person who views a restaurant menu through Qayma
- "Subscription" means a paid plan (Basic, Pro, or Business) that provides access to premium features
- "Credits" means prepaid units used for AI image enhancement and other premium features
3. Account Registration
To use Qayma as a restaurant Owner, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Pricing
Qayma offers the following subscription plans, billed annually:
- Basic - 30 SAR/month (360 SAR/year)
- Pro - 100 SAR/month (1,200 SAR/year)
- Business - 150 SAR/month (1,800 SAR/year)
All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are exclusive of VAT (15%), which will be added at checkout as required by ZATCA regulations. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
A free tier is available with limited features. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial starting from the date of publication.
5. Payment Terms
- Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email address
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
- We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mada, Apple Pay, and bank transfer
- All invoices are ZATCA-compliant electronic invoices (Fatoorah)
- Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period
6. Credits
Credits are prepaid units used for AI-powered features such as image enhancement. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Unused credits do not expire. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except as described in Section 8 (Refund Policy).
7. Free Trial
New paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to the features of your chosen plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be billed accordingly. No payment is required during the trial period.
8. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with Qayma. Our refund policy is as follows:
Subscriptions
- Within 14 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked
- After 14 days: No refund for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and continue using the service until the end of your paid period
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refund available within the first 30 days of the annual billing cycle. After 30 days, no refund is issued, but you retain access until the period ends
Credits
- Unused credits: refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been used
- Partially used credit packs: non-refundable
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@qayma.com with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your restaurant menu will revert to the free tier features. Your data (menu items, images, analytics) is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Qayma to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Infringe on the intellectual property of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Platform
- Use automated tools to scrape data from the Platform
- Display menus for non-food/beverage businesses
- Violate any applicable Saudi or international laws
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
11. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you upload (menu items, photos, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant Qayma a non-exclusive license to display, host, and process that content as necessary to provide our services.
Our platform: The Qayma brand, design, code, and features are the property of Elite IT. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.
12. AI Features
Qayma uses AI for menu import, translation, and image enhancement. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated translations, descriptions, or images.
13. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party service failures).
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Qayma and Elite IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Privacy
Your use of Qayma is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
